February1997 | Developed the new electromagnetic shielding material *MG Net" (Patented in the U.S. in June 2004). Began developing electromagnetic protection clothing using *MG Net*. |
September1998 | Announced the high-frequency electromagnetic protection clothing "MG Vest", demonstrating effectiveness in preventing pacemaker malfunctions caused by high-frequency waves from mobile phones and other communication devices. |
January2002 | A Research & Development team for electromagnetic protection clothing to prevent pacemaker malfunctions was formed, led by Professor Mitsuo Okamoto of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Kinki University, in collaboration with the Department of Thoracic Surgery at Osaka Medical University and the Osaka Prefectural Institute of Industrial Technology. |
July2002 | The research team received a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Scientific Research Grant (searchable in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Scientific Research Database under reference number 200200305A). December2002 | As part of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Scientific Research Disability Health and Welfare Comprehensive Research Project, a research presentation on the above study was conducted at the Japan Association for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Foundation. |
January2004 | To commercialize pacemaker electromagnetic protection clothing, Medical Aid Co., Ltd. was established with a capital of 10 million JPyen. In the same year, in February, a third-party allotment capital increase of 150 million JPyen was raised. |
February2004 | The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Scientific Research Project Team led the formation of the Pacemaker Electromagnetic Interference Countermeasure Research Group. Under the group's organization and with the sponsorship of the Japan Association for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities Foundation, a Public Symposium on Pacemaker Electromagnetic Interference was held at the Osaka Medical University Clinical Lecture Hall. The symposium received positive evaluations from pacemaker implant patients and various related institutions. |

A research project was launched to commercialize pacemaker electromagnetic protection clothing. |
November2005 | The MG Vest V3, an electromagnetic protection garment for daily use by pacemaker users, was launched for pilot sales through our shareholder distributors: Yagami Co., Ltd.,Mutoh Co., Ltd., and Konishi Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. |
May2006 | The final improved product, "MG Vest"and the indoor-use product, "MG Apron" were launched for pilot sales. At the same time, the world's first electromagnetic protection apron specifically designed for IH cookers, "IH Anshin Apron" was introduced and made available for sale. |

April2007 | As a result of the Welfare Equipment Research & Development Grant Program by the Techno-Aids Association Foundation, the MG Vest and MG Apron were officially launched for general sale as welfare equipment. |
June2007 | The MG Vest(medical innerwear) was granted Japanese Patent No. 3971014. Additionally, the development of electromagnetic protection clothing for implantable spinal cord stimulators (SCS) was successfully completed. On June 10, at the European Society of Anaesthesiology Congress held in Munich, Germany, the study "Effects of IH Cookers on SCS and the Effectiveness of Protective Clothing for SCS Patients" was presented and received high recognition. |
October2007 | At the Osaka LOHAS Project symposium held on October 31, our "Multi Vest" and "Fairy Veil" were presented as environment-adaptive LOHAS clothing. |

February to May 2021 | Starting in February, approximately 6,000 Ag+ Mask Disinfecting Sheets were distributed to employees at 73 elderly care facilities within Tokyo’s 23 wards. A survey conducted three months later showed that there were zero COVID-19 positive cases during the three-month period. |
