An ultra-thin, insulated panel-shaped material with excellent low-frequency magnetic and static magnetic field shielding properties.
This product has broadband shielding performance, from static magnetic fields to millimeter-wave (over 28 GHz) high-frequency electromagnetic waves. It is considered difficult to shield low-frequency magnetic fields and static magnetic fields of several kHz to several MHz generated by switching power supplies, motors, transformers, etc., but this product achieves the highest level of shielding performance for a thin material by laminating conductive and magnetic materials.
Use it as a component or shielding panel when broadband electromagnetic shielding is required.

There are two types: a five-layer type (0.7 mm thick) with three layers of aluminum film and two layers of magnetic sheet, and a three-layer type (0.4 mm thick) with two layers of aluminum and one layer of magnetic sheet.

【Applications】
- ・Because it is thin, it can be used as a low-frequency magnetic field shielding material for products with thickness and weight restrictions.
- ・As a countermeasure against inverter-driven motor noise in the range of several kHz to several tens of kHz generated by electric vehicles, air conditioners, elevators, etc.
- ・Compliant with high EMI standards where attenuation by magnetic layers alone is insufficient
- ・As a material for shielded rooms and shielded boxes that have the ability to shield not only high-frequency electromagnetic waves but also low-frequency magnetic fields such as power supply noise.
- ・Noise suppression from AC-DC and DC-DC converters
- ・As a magnetic shielding material to prevent noise from the power supply that may affect the audio circuits of devices
- ・As a low-frequency magnetic field shielding material mounted on circuit boards
Low-frequency magnetic field countermeasures (EMI countermeasures)
Conventional measures against low-frequency magnetic fields required thick steel plates or thick absorbers, but EMSpanel is thin and lightweight, with a thickness of 0.4 to 0.7 mm. It is effective against noise from AC/DC power supplies and power systems, and can be used for large structures by butting EMSpanels together and connecting them with aluminum tape. High durability
The magnetic material is sandwiched between PET films to make a sheet, and then aluminum films are attached to both sides of the sheet, and then the outer sides are laminated with PET films, making it resistant to discoloration and deterioration and long-lasting.If placed in an environment without wear, it will maintain its performance for over 10 years.
Highly versatile
It is lightweight, portable, and can be cut or folded with scissors to suit your needs, making it highly versatile and suitable for many different applications. It is also used for small parts such as magnetic head covers for card readers.
