In recent years, with the development of wireless communication technology, there are many electromagnetic waves in the air. Even if you try to measure EMI during the development stage of equipment, it is not simple in places with poor electromagnetic environments. It is often the case that the measurement results are actually external noise.
EMC sheets reduce the effects of external noise and enable simple EMI measurements. EMC sheets are also effective in reducing electromagnetic interference between devices.
※If the shielding performance is too high, the effects of reflection and resonance may become greater, which may increase electromagnetic interference to the test object and other devices. EMCsheet provides an optimal environment for EMC measures.

The high altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) generated by a pulse bomb generates an electric field strength of approximately 50 kV/m (DC several 10 MHz), inducing high voltage currents in electronic devices, including information and communication devices on the ground, and in power and communication lines. It is expected that even a momentary exposure to an electric field strength of 10 kV/m or more will destroy electronic devices and electronic systems. The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is a single-layer type that has the ability to attenuate the electric field strength to 1/50 or less, making it an effective product for countering pulse bombs for electronic devices.

Metal allergy is a condition in which the skin reacts to metals and chloride ions contained in sweat, causing a rash. Silver is a safe metal that is extremely unlikely to cause allergic reactions. Most common electromagnetic shielding materials use inexpensive metal plating such as nickel. Nickel dissolves more easily than other metals when it comes into direct contact with the skin, and if you sweat, it dissolves even more easily due to the action of chloride ions in sweat, so care must be taken.
Our "MGnet" products are designed to minimize the risk of metal allergies by using silver for the coating, taking into consideration the intended use and safety. Also, unlike general products that have electromagnetic shielding material coated on the fabric, "MGnet" products are silver coated at the fiber level, so they are durable and resistant to abrasion and peeling of the coating material.

How to use
Make sure the spray nozzle is facing in a well-ventilated area, hold the can 20-30cm away, shake the can 10 times, and spray thinly and evenly over the entire surface. You can use the same method up to 4-ply, but it is more efficient to spray multiple times. After spraying, let it dry indoors for about 1-2 hours.
Spray time: 1 can can spray for 270-300 seconds
The spray time varies depending on the area as follows:

Frequency of use
For shielding bags and sheets that are touched daily, spray once every three months. For tents and shielding boxes that are not touched, spray after the first year and then use once within the next two years; the product's performance will hardly deteriorate even after five years or more.
