Quality guarantee period

The service life is 3 to 5 years. The manufacturer's quality guarantee period is 2 years from the date of purchase. However, the following conditions must be met. *If you use a maintenance spray, it can be used for more than 5 years.

• 1.Please use indoors.
• 2.Please avoid using the product in a way that may rub or abrade the fabric.
• 3.If the seat is used for operations that involve friction, such as operating a keyboard from outside the seat, it may not be usable for more than five years.
• 4.Do not use in environments where there is a risk of sulfurization, oxidation, or chloride.
• 5.Please remove dust and dirt with a vacuum cleaner or wipe with a tightly wrung towel. Do not wash.

Repairs and replacements during and after the Quality Guarantee Period

We guarantee to replace the product free of charge in the event of defects due to design, manufacturing defects or material defects.

 

〈 After the Quality Guarantee Period has elapsed〉

 If the quality guarantee period has expired, repairs and replacements will be charged. Even if the product is still within the warranty period, repairs may be charged. Please contact us for details.
