Quality guarantee period

The product has a service life of 5 years or more. The manufacturer's quality guarantee period is 2 years from the date of purchase. However, the following conditions must be met.

• 1.Please use indoors.
• 2.Please avoid using the "EMSpanel" in a manner that may damage or wear it.
• 3.Please do not dismantle.
• 4.Do not use in environments where there is a risk of sulfurization, oxidation, or chloride.
• 5.Please remove dust and dirt with a vacuum cleaner or wipe with a tightly wrung towel. Do not wash.

Repairs and replacements during the quality guarantee period

If the quality (electromagnetic shielding performance of the materials described in the instruction manual, etc.) cannot be maintained within the warranty period when used in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual, etc., we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Repairs and replacements after the Quality Guarantee Period has expired

If the quality guarantee period has expired, repairs or replacements will be charged. In addition, according to the regulations stated in the warranty, repairs may be charged even during the warranty period.

Request for product recall and disposal

If more than five years have passed since purchase, the quality of the product will gradually deteriorate. We will guide you through the collection or disposal process. *For more information, please refer to the quality assurance document that is attached when you purchase the product.
