Please be aware of the following items to use Medical Aid products safely. Please read and observe the warnings and precautions before use.

Do not place the EMS pad on an induction cooker while it is in use, as this may cause the pad to catch fire.
Do not heat in a microwave oven. Both the silver fiber and the EMS pads may catch fire.
Note This indicates a caution that may result in injury or property damage only.
When handling the EMS pad, do not rub your fingers or other parts of your body with the metal part as this may cause abrasions (cuts).

● The quality guarantee period for MG Aprons for everyday use is two years from the date of purchase.
- User Registration Form

Please fill out the necessary information and send it by mail or fax to our company. If you do not register as a user, you may not be able to receive product inspection and parts (EMS pad) replacement service.
- Repairs and replacements during the quality guarantee period

If the quality (electromagnetic shielding performance of the materials described in the instruction manual, etc.) cannot be maintained within the warranty period when used in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual, etc., we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
- Repairs and replacements after the quality warranty period has expired

Once the quality guarantee period has expired, repairs and replacements will be subject to a fee.
- Paid repair

According to the provisions stated in the warranty, repairs may be subject to a fee even during the warranty period.
- Request for product recall and disposal

● MG Aprons will be collected and disposed of two years after purchase.

We have been conducting quality inspections of used products for many years. As a result, we have confirmed that products that are used daily (as described in the instruction manual) retain their shielding performance for up to two years. If the product is not used daily, it is expected that the performance will be retained for a longer period, but we cannot guarantee this. Thank you for your understanding.
- Post-warranty support
- We will notify you when the quality warranty period ends. At that time, we will also send you information about replacement and product collection, so please feel free to contact us even after the warranty period has ended.
