- User Registration Form

Once you have filled out the necessary information, please mail or fax it to us.
If you do not register as a user, you may not be able to receive product inspection and parts (EMS pad) replacement services. - Repairs and replacements during the quality guarantee period

If the quality (electromagnetic shielding performance of the materials described in the instruction manual, etc.) cannot be maintained within the warranty period when used in accordance with the notes in the instruction manual, etc., we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
- Repairs and replacements after the Quality Guarantee Period has expired

- We will notify you when the quality guarantee period ends. At that time, we will also send you information about replacement and product recall, so please feel free to contact us even after the warranty period has ended.
