※If damages (medical expenses, time off work, etc.) are incurred due to electromagnetic interference while working in accordance with the work safety manual, we will compensate for the damages.

After two years have passed since the date of purchase, we will provide you with information about our EMS pad replacement service using the following procedure.

1.Contact the person in charge and deliver new EMS pads
Two years after the date of purchase, we will contact your representative and deliver new EMS pads.

2.Return the EMS pads you are using
Please return the EMS pads you are using to us. (We will include a return bag when we deliver them to you.)

- About repairs and replacements

If the electromagnetic shielding performance of the EMS pad does not maintain 40 dB (shielding rate 99%) in the frequency band from 30 kHz to 1 GHz within the warranty period when used according to the notes in the instruction manual enclosed with the product, we will replace it. Repairs to the stitching of the vest are not covered by the warranty, so please have it repaired at a clothing repair shop near you.
- Post-warranty support
- We will notify you when the quality guarantee period ends. At that time, we will also send you information about replacement and product recall, so please feel free to contact us even after the warranty period has ended.

1.Accident investigation
We will ask the hospital to identify the date and time when the pacemaker, ICD, etc. was affected, recreate the work environment, conduct an electromagnetic field survey, and investigate the cause of the accident.

2.Preparation and submission of accident reports
Prepare an accident report and take measures to prevent the accident from recurring in the future.

We will cover all expenses incurred due to the accident, including medical expenses and transportation costs.
