The Maintenance Pack is a service in which Medical Aid Co., Ltd. carries out inspections and maintenance on behalf of customers to maintain the quality of their products.
Maintain performance!
Maintenance is essential to maintain the shielding performance of the net fabric.
After installation is complete, the shielding performance of the product is measured using a simple method.
No hassle!
To maintain quality, a conductive anti-rust spray is sprayed on both sides of the fabric.
It is necessary to protect the area around the product, making self-maintenance extremely time-consuming and difficult.
Adjust the distortion!
We adjust the tightening of each part of the frame that forms the framework of the product.
We carefully adjust any distortions that occur in each part, such as doors, during use.
Shipping OK!
Tents can be shipped to our company for "shipping maintenance."
This is recommended when the installation location of the product makes it difficult to protect the surrounding area, ventilate the area, or otherwise prepare a suitable maintenance environment.

The material, MGnet, is a special material made of nylon fibers coated with a metal (silver). If handled improperly, the electromagnetic shielding performance may deteriorate. For this reason, we recommend the "Maintenance Pack" that we install.
※If you wish to maintain the unit yourself, we recommend spraying the ceiling and other surfaces with anti-rust spray (1 bottle per 20m2) on a regular basis once every three months.
What does the maintenance include?
1.We will visually check the entire tent for scratches and dirt.
2.Check the fasteners. Apply lubricant to maintain the quality of the fasteners.
3.Spray conductive anti-rust spray over the entire surface of the fabric.
Install protective coverings around the tent and prepare dust masks, etc.
Ensure good ventilation, check the direction of the spray nozzle, hold the can 20-30 cm away from the outer wall of the tent, shake the spray can vigorously about 10 times, and then spray evenly over the entire area.
After spraying, leave it to dry indoors for about 1-2 hours.
４.Electromagnetic field measurements are performed using a measuring device (NBM-520 manufactured by NardaS.T.S.).

- Shipping and Maintenance
- This is a service where the customer ships the EMCtent to us, and we perform maintenance on it and then return it to the customer. Shipping costs are paid by both parties. It is expected to take 1-2 weeks from shipping to receiving.
- EMCtentShipping arrangements
- Please disassemble the tent, store it in a special bag, pack it, and send it back to us with prepaid shipping. When we return it to you, we will cover the shipping costs.
Maintenance work - handover
