Quality guarantee period

It is two years from the date of purchase.

What you need

You will need a copy of the warranty and the delivery slip.

Service during the Quality Guarantee Period

If the resistance value of the electromagnetic shielding material exceeds 10Ω during the quality guarantee period, we will replace it with a new one.

Precautions after the Quality Guarantee Period has expired

After the warranty period has expired, if the electrical resistance of the electromagnetic shielding material exceeds 10 Ω due to aging, there is a risk of heat generation if the precautions in the specifications in the attached documents are not observed.※There is no risk of overheating if used according to the instructions.

Paid repair

According to the provisions stated in the warranty, repairs may be subject to a fee even during the warranty period.

Time to replace it

If the electromagnetic shielding material's electrical resistance exceeds 10 Ω after two years of use, we recommend replacing it. *This product has holes in the lining, so please measure the electrical resistance of the electromagnetic shielding material over a 10 cm distance with a tester.

Regarding deterioration due to usage and storage

The replacement period due to performance deterioration varies depending on storage conditions, usage conditions, and frequency of use. It can be used even after the warranty period has expired, but please note that if the electrical resistance exceeds 10 Ω due to aging, it may be affected by noise.

Post-warranty support

We will notify you when the quality guarantee period ends. At that time, we will also send you information about replacement and product recall, so please feel free to contact us even after the warranty period has ended.
