Quality guarantee period

● The quality guarantee period for MG Vest VIP for everyday use is two years from the date of purchase.。
※Guarantees the electromagnetic shielding performance of the material.
● The quality guarantee period for MG vests for work equipment is four years from the date of purchase.
※If damages (medical expenses, time off work, etc.) are incurred due to electromagnetic interference while working in accordance with the work safety manual, we will compensate for the damages.

User Registration Form

Once you have filled out the necessary information, please mail or fax it to us.
If you do not register as a user, you may not be able to receive product inspection and parts (EMS pad) replacement services.。

Repairs and replacements during the quality guarantee period

If the quality (electromagnetic shielding performance of the materials described in the instruction manual, etc.) cannot be maintained within the warranty period when used in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual, etc., we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Repairs and replacements after the Quality Guarantee Period has expired

After the quality guarantee period has expired, repairs and replacements will be charged.

Paid repair

According to the provisions stated in the warranty, repairs may be subject to a fee even during the warranty period.

Request for product recall and disposal

● MG Vest VIP for everyday use will be collected and disposed of two years after purchase.
● For MG vests for work equipment, you will be notified one year after purchase when to open the next year's supply.

Warranty period

We have been conducting quality inspections of used products for many years. As a result, we have confirmed that if the product is used daily (as per the instruction manual), the shielding performance of one MG VEST VIP will be maintained for up to one year. If it is not used daily, it is expected that the performance will be maintained for a longer period, but we cannot guarantee this. Thank you for your understanding.

Post-warranty support
We will notify you when the quality guarantee period ends. At that time, we will also send you information about replacement and product recall, so please feel free to contact us even after the warranty period has ended.

    We will cover all expenses incurred due to the accident, including medical expenses and transportation costs.
