The maintenance pack is a service in which Medical Aid Co., Ltd. carries out inspection and maintenance on behalf of the customer to maintain product quality.

Maintenance is essential to maintain the shielding performance of the net fabric.
After installation is complete, the shielding performance of the product is measured using a simple method.
Hassle-free!
To maintain quality, a conductive anti-rust spray is sprayed on both sides of the fabric.
It is necessary to protect the area around the product, making self-maintenance extremely time-consuming and difficult.
Adjust the distortion!
We adjust the tightening of each part of the frame that forms the framework of the product.
We carefully adjust any distortions that occur in each part, such as doors, during use.
Shipping OK!
Tents can be shipped to our company for "shipping maintenance."
This is recommended when the installation location of the product makes it difficult to protect the surrounding area, ventilate the area, or otherwise prepare a suitable maintenance environment.

The material, MGnet, is a special material made of nylon fibers coated with a metal (silver). If handled improperly, the electromagnetic shielding performance may deteriorate. For this reason, we recommend the "Maintenance Pack" that we install.
※If you wish to maintain the unit yourself, we recommend spraying the ceiling and other surfaces with anti-rust spray (1 bottle per 20m2) on a regular basis once every three months.
What does the maintenance include?
1.We will visually check the entire room for scratches and dirt.
2.We will adjust the distortion of the aluminum frame and retighten each bolt. We will check the door. If necessary, we will adjust any distortion caused by use. We will replace the conductive non-woven tape attached to the door mounting part. We will also replace any other consumable parts if necessary.
3.Spray conductive anti-rust spray over the entire surface of the fabric.
We take great care to protect the area around the shielded room and ensure a safe working environment.
４.Electromagnetic field measurements are performed using a measuring device (NBM-520 manufactured by NardaS.T.S.).

- Our service personnel will visit the customer's installation site, prepare the site, and install the equipment in about 4 hours. Since a conductive anti-rust spray will be sprayed during maintenance, ventilation is required, so visits are generally made on holidays.

Maintenance work - handover

Our service staff will visit and carry out the work at your specified location.
The surrounding area will be covered with protective equipment before construction begins.※It will take 4 to 5 hours of work.
We will report the completion of the work and hand it over to you after confirmation. ※Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
